Throughout history, women have never achieved equal rights with men and have had to live under patriarchal rules, dictating them roles and rights, based solely on their female sexual anatomy and not their ability. Even though there have been periods of light and hope within this darkness, where women got a chance to shine, but since the ultimate power was in masculine hands, their rights were easily limited or taken away at a whim. Nevertheless women, hungry for equality and fairness, have constantly and persistently, individually or in groups, fought for equal rights.
